LATE Affiliates is an affiliate marketing platform that connects content creators, publishers, and website owners with licensed online casino operators. Affiliates can generate unique tracking links and earn commission when someone signs up at a casino and meets the offer requirements after clicking their link.

How LATE earns

LATE earns a platform fee on conversions attributed through its affiliate network. Casino partners pay commission for qualifying conversions; a portion is retained by LATE and the remainder is paid out to the attributing affiliate. Specific commission structures, fees, and payout thresholds are set per offer and detailed in each affiliate's agreement.

Our relationship with casino partners

LATE has commercial relationships with the casino brands listed on its platform. We only accept partners who:

• Hold a valid UK Gambling Commission licence (or equivalent licence in another regulated market)
• Operate self-exclusion compatible with GAMSTOP
• Provide deposit limits, session limits, and reality checks to players
• Agree to our compliance standards for responsible gambling

What affiliates must disclose

Affiliates promoting gambling offers through LATE are required, under UK advertising standards (ASA CAP Code Section 16) and UKGC marketing rules, to clearly identify promotional content. In practice, this means:

• Labelling promotional posts as ads (e.g. “#ad” or “Ad”) in clear, prominent text
• Including “18+”, “T&Cs apply”, and a link to BeGambleAware.org on gambling-related content
• Never targeting under-18s or any audience predominantly composed of under-18s
• Never featuring anyone who appears to be under 25 in gambling-related content
• Never suggesting gambling can solve financial problems or replace income
• Never implying guaranteed wins or risk-free outcomes
