LATE is an iGaming affiliate marketplace operated by LATE Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We connect licensed casino operators with affiliate marketers. When we refer to "LATE", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean LATE Ltd.

We collect the following information when you create an account or use our platform:
- Name and email address
- Country of residence or business registration
- Website, channel, or promotional method information (affiliates)
- Company registration and licence numbers (casino partners)
- Payment and bank account details — collected and stored by Stripe, not by LATE directly
- Conversion and click data generated through your affiliate links
- Communications you send to us via email or the contact form
3. How we use your data
- To operate your account and provide the LATE platform
- To process and track conversions and calculate earnings
- To facilitate payouts via Stripe Connect
- To verify casino licences and affiliate compliance
- To send transactional emails (payout confirmations, account notices)
- To detect fraud and enforce our Terms & Conditions
4. Third parties
We share data with the following third parties only where necessary to operate the platform:
- Stripe — payment processing and affiliate bank account verification
- Vercel — platform hosting
- Supabase — secure database hosting
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain records required for legal and financial compliance for up to 7 years, then delete them.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object to processing or request restriction
- Data portability
