1. About LATE

LATE is an affiliate marketplace that connects licensed gambling operators ("Casinos") with affiliate marketers ("Affiliates"). By creating an account you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use LATE
• Casino partners must hold a valid gambling licence for all markets they advertise in
• Users must not be based in a jurisdiction where using this platform is unlawful

3. Affiliate obligations

• Promote only offers you are approved for through your LATE account
• Comply with ASA advertising standards and UK gambling marketing regulations
• Clearly disclose any commercial relationship when promoting an offer
• Never target minors, vulnerable people, or self-excluded players
• Not use misleading, false, or irresponsible promotional material
• Not engage in self-referral, click fraud, or any artificial inflation of conversions

4. Casino obligations

• Maintain a valid gambling licence for all markets listed in your offers
• Keep your escrow wallet sufficiently funded to cover pending payouts
• Honour all conversions verified by the LATE platform
• Not alter offer terms retroactively to avoid paying affiliates
• Notify LATE promptly of any changes to licence status

5. Platform fees

LATE charges a platform fee on each verified conversion — 10% on CPA deals and 20% on revenue share deals, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are deducted automatically at the point of payout. No subscription or setup fees apply.

6. Payments

Affiliate payouts are processed monthly on the 1st of each month via Stripe Connect. The minimum payout threshold is £50. LATE is not liable for delays caused by Stripe or the affiliate's bank. Casino escrow funds are held by our licensed payment partner and released only upon verified conversion.

7. Termination

LATE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these terms, engaging in fraud, or acting in a manner harmful to the platform or its users. Outstanding verified earnings will be paid out upon termination unless fraud is confirmed.

8. Limitation of liability

LATE is a marketplace and is not responsible for the conduct of casinos or affiliates beyond what is verifiable through the platform. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
