Pre-launchCompliance Ledger data is illustrative · launching when first operator signs
Trust · public compliance memo

Everything we run. And everything we haven’t built yet.

This page is the sanitised version of the compliance memo we maintain internally. Same underlying facts, updated on the first of each quarter. Last updated June 2026.

The controls
LCCP SR 1.1.2

The live public Compliance Ledger on the homepage logs every offer sent and refused, anonymised at user level.

LCCP SR 3.5.3

Rate limits — three offers per sender per recipient per seven days — with auto-cooldowns and deposit-limit nudges before any redirect.

LCCP SR 5.1.12

Significant terms are server-stamped at send time, rendered at body size, and never editable by the sender.

CAP §16.3.12

No imagery of people, a pre-cleared template library, and a username content filter.

DMCC Act 2024

Fee disclosure sits at the top of every offer card and is repeated on the redirect interstitial.

PECR Reg 22

Per-operator, per-channel consent, defaulted off, and withdrawable in one tap.

What exists today, honestly

We would rather you read the status of each control than take the word “compliant” on faith. Here is where each piece actually stands.

  • Design and controls architecture — built.
  • Compliance Ledger — running in illustrative mode until the first operator signs.
  • Company registration — in progress.
  • ICO data-controller registration — pending.
  • DPIA and RoPA — drafted alongside first user data, before launch.
  • Counsel opinion letter — commissioned before first operator integration goes live.
  • Operator integrations — zero signed today, first in negotiation.

The demo banner stays up until the first line of that list changes.

The Restraint Report

What we said no to.

The Restraint Report is a quarterly public report listing operators we declined, offer templates we rejected, and commission we forwent. It is signed personally by the CEO. The point is to put a number on the deals we walked away from, not just the ones we took.

Edition 0 — a pre-launch retrospective covering decisions made during the build — publishes with launch, and on the first of each month thereafter. No edition exists yet. When one does, it will be linked here, not summarised.
